Scripted various web scrapers using Excel VBA to generate comprehensive data on outstanding faults on Eircom's phone and internet services. Developed a task scheduling/delegation system in Excel VBA which consisted of various worksheets and a GUI. Other responsibilities included generating daily agent performance reports & fault reports and troubleshooting internet connectivity problems with customers over phone.
